Pets and Animals

We all love our furry friends, but please make sure your pets are leashed or in a carrier. As always, service animals are always welcome. Important Information

The 2019 festival will be held on Saturday, September 28th from 10:00AM – 4:00PM.

Vendor set-up is between 7AM and 9AM. A volunteer will be available to show you your assigned booth space.

Last year we had approx. 3-5K people in attendance, please bring enough product to last through 4 PM.

Vendors that leave early, without vendor committee approval, will not be invited back.

We are environmentally conscious and ask that you recycle when possible and remove any trash you create.

We also ask that your booth sell a pickle-related item; the winning vendor will be chosen by the Pickle Festival judges and will have their vendor fee waived for the 2019 Winchester Pickle Festival.

Congratulations to 2018 winners Nicole Breed who sold Pickles, Salsa & More and Todd & Bonnie Wilson who sold Pickle Ornaments!!! Their fee for 2019 will be waived if their application is received by August 1, 2019

All food vendors must meet the health requirements for the State of New Hampshire.

Upon arrival you may park your vehicle along Main Street (RTE 10) for unloading purposes only. Prior to the Festival you will receive detailed parking instructions and one parking pass to a special lot for vendors. The parade starts at 10:00 AM and the area will need to be cleared and roped off well in advance of that time.

Booth space is limited and there will be a program/event map this year. If your application is paid in full by August 1, 2019 you will be listed on our new 2019 Event Program/Map and your application fee will be at the rates listed on the application. If booth space is available, we will accept applications after August 1, 2019 with a rate increase of $25.00 per booth. All application fees are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee specific booth locations but are willing to work with returning vendors. Event will be held rain or shine. Easy-up canopies are recommended.

The Winchester Pickle Festival will also have a canning contest. There is a separate form for this which you can find on our Forms & Application page.
