Pets and Animals

We all love our furry friends, but please make sure your pets are leashed or in a carrier. As always, service animals are always welcome. Due to a large number of people, we do recommend that you leave them home. But if you need to bring Fluffy or Rover please make sure you have plenty of water for them.

VENDORS

Important Information

The 2024 festival will be held on Saturday, September 28th

 from 10:00AM – 4:00PM.

Vendor set-up is between 7AM and 9AM. A volunteer will be available to show you your assigned booth space.

In previous years we have had approx. 3-5K people in attendance, please bring enough product to last through 4 PM.

Vendors that leave early, without vendor committee approval, will not be invited back.

We are environmentally conscious and ask that you recycle when possible and remove any trash you create.

We also ask that your booth sell a pickle-related item; the winning vendor will be chosen by the Pickle Festival judges and will have their vendor fee waived for the 2025 Winchester Pickle Festival.

Congratulations to 2023 winner Karen's Kosmic Cookies

All food vendors must meet the health requirements for the State of New Hampshire. https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/dphs/fp/homestead.htm

Upon arrival you may park your vehicle along Main Street (RTE 10) for unloading purposes only. Prior to the Festival you will receive detailed parking instructions and one parking pass to a special lot for vendors.

Booth space is limited and there will be a program/event map this year. All application fees are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee specific booth locations but are willing to work with returning vendors. Event will be held rain or shine. Easy-up canopies are recommended.

The Winchester Pickle Festival will also have a canning contest. There is a separate form for this which you can find on our Forms & Application page.
